And each week there is an expert guest from the community promoting their health and wellness business. This offers an excellent opportunity to ask the expert questions in a relaxed, friendly space and Dolores is the perfect host for this.
And now entrepreneur Dolores is launching an online network – IrishHealthHour.com and the intention is that it will provide balance for busy lives and harnesses the power of the social web. I am beyond excited for Dolores and her new venture as in person she is such a warm and enthusiastic person and I have no doubt that with her unwavering drive this will be a resounding success.

The mother of two from Galway City will launch her new business IrishHealthHour.com, a network website, on Thursday 16th June at The Skeff Bar in Eyre Square and I wish her all the best with the launch. Sadly I cannot make it as I will be away in London but it should be such a fun night.
