WOW WOW WOW That was my first reaction when I seen the Advent Calendars that the Body Shop are releasing for this Christmas. From the packaging to the contents – they look just fab. I was raging last year that I didn’t treat myself to one so this year I certainly won’t be missing out!

They have 3 versions of their Advent Calendars – The 24 Day Advent Calendar, The 24 Days Deluxe Calendar and then the super 24 Days Ultimate Calendar. They all contain many much loved Body Shop products and also some brand new additions as well. The packaging of these is just beautiful. So festive and merry and you can see why they are called the Happy Days calendars 🙂
It is hard to believe that the Body Shop has been creating Advent Calendars for the past 15 years. And in 2016 they are taking another step up. They are supporting the rainforests and their protection. I always remember growing up that I LOVED the Body Shop stationary (stationary obsession started early!) and their pieces always had animals on them and there was information in store on them too.
Even from a young age I loved that the Body Shop supported wildlife conservation. And that is one of the reasons why I wanted to share them today on Floralesque. There are so many critically endangered animals in the rainforest like Asian elephants and Malayan Tigers just to name two and if I can help them and also buy someone an amazing gift then I am all in.
For Christmas 2016 – every specially selected Christmas gift you buy at The Body Shop, they will help protect endangered creatures and restore one square metre of rainforest. How amazing is that! The Body Shop is aiming to raise ÂŁ200,000 this Christmas, which will be split between three countries. 58% of the total collected will go towards continuing their support for their original Bio-Bridges project in Vietnam, while 42% will be split equally between Bio-Bridges and animal protection projects in Indonesia and Malaysia.
