There are some shops in Galway that make me smile as soon as I go in and My Shop…Granny likes it is certainly one of them. The atmosphere when you walk in is always so welcoming and today I wanted to share some of the fab products that would make some wonderful Christmas presents.
You may remember we featured My Shop…Granny likes it before here, and if I’m honest since then I have popped in and out and love seeing what Irish Designer’s work that I can discover. You will find everything in there from ceramics to prints to jewellery to toys to home-wears! She stocks some of my favourite Irish Designers such as Edge Only, Danu ceramics, Reddin Designs, Martina Hamilton, Lynsery deBurca, Atlantic Equipment Project, Blaithin Ennis, Ali & El, Scribble & Stone, Little Green Dot and so many more.
The entire store flows really well, and you can feel the attention given to each piece that Rona has curated in the store to make it such a wonderful place to visit and shop. I also love that in the past few years, as I have become more immersed in the world of Irish Design, that so many more of the pieces have more of a meaning to me. I love seeing designers that I have featured (here) in her store and being able to buy some simply stunning gifts for both others and myself!
