Kilkenny was such a fantastic store to visit as part of the Galway Fashion Trail and it is one of those stores that you can just lose yourself in for hours. We all stood either side of their runway and there was a fantastic mix of Irish Designers as well as styles of clothing – from items that you could wear to a wedding to pieces that you could style to wear to the office.
It is a store that I go into often as I love the mix of clothing, jewellery and gifts that you can browse. At Christmas this is certainly where you will find me buying presents for my family and friends!
The headpieces that were on display were by Milliner Andrea Tighe. Andrea’s pieces were stunning floral inspired creations that really stand out. The colours were vibrant and visually beautiful and it was a great reminder how lucky we are to have so many talented designers here in Galway.
