The Irish Fashion Innovation Awards 2018 are fast approaching, and today I wanted to share all the details of both the event and the talented designers who have made it through to the finals of the Awards.
The Awards are a great platform for both established designers but also emerging designers to get their work out there to an even wider option. As you are probably aware, Floralesque is a great believer in promoting Irish Design both here in Ireland and also internationally. We have interviewed many Irish Designers and Crafters and it has been fantastic to learn more about the creative process and also where designers find their inspiration. You can see the full listing of who we have featured here.

And now onto the finalists for 2018 – there are some simply standout designers this year and I am really looking forward to seeing their work on the catwalk.

The Irish Fashion Innovation Awards are being held on March 22nd in the Galmont Hotel & Spa and you can read more about the event and purchase tickets here. The event is being sponsored by the fabulous Galway Now Magazine as well as Hartmanns of Galway, Brown Thomas, Local Enterprise Office Galway, Standún, The Galmont Hotel & Spa, Galway, the Gate Clinic – Smiles Dental and Monaghan & Sons.
A big thank you to Galway Now as well, who have kindly invited me to the Awards with them. I am really looking forward to attending again and as I have said many a time before – they are certainly one of the fashion highlights in the Irish Fashion Calendar!
