M&S SS18: My Top 5 Picks

My Top 5 M&S Spring Summer Pieces

There are times during fashion week month in February when all you are doing is looking at couture and these simply breath-taking works of art gracing the catwalks that I miss some beautiful pieces on the high street. So I started looking back at the stores that I like to buy timeless pieces from and came across some stunning pieces that I am looking forward to trying on.

I find that sometimes with M&S, I can pop into the store and see nothing that catches my eye but then on another day I want to buy so many pieces! In this Spring Summer collection, I adored so many of the dresses – the two above being my particular favourites. The navy one I think would be perfect for the office, and the second for drinks on a sunny holiday. The colours are stunning in this dress and the long sleeves would keep you warm in the evening when the chill can get you after a day in the sun.

They have really upped their games when it comes to their trouser options. I adore both of these pairs for two different reasons. The first printed pair would be great for a casual night out – dressy but not overdressed and could be dressed up or dressed down quite easily.

The second pair is just stunning – the wide leg and pale pink would look amazing with a wedge shoe and fitted top. I can certainly see me wearing these in the Summer, though probably not with the silk blue top as I think it is all a little pale.

Lastly is this jacket. I love the unusual collar style on it and it looks just light enough to be a great Spring/Summer piece without being too warm and heavy. How they have styled it in this image is exactly how I would wear it – with a basic top and Levis. Are there are pieces that have caught your eye?

Hopefully, some of these pieces pop up on their website soon – but I know that I will also be popping in store again soon!
