Hazel Greene New Collection Floralesque Lime Ladies Detail

As you may remember I interviewed Hazel Greene a number of months ago and I am still such a fan of her beautiful work. You can read the interview here. Being the admirer that I am of her work, when I seen that she had a new collection I just had to contact her and to share it with you all.

Hazel Greene New Collection Floralesque Girls Day Out

Here is what Hazel has to say about her new collection;

“…my print designs are my paintings re-imagined. The ‘Girls Day Out’ is of my painting of women in the sauna having a great laugh and I painted on silk a strong and happy colour for the background.

‘Ladies on Lime’ and ‘Petticoat’ are my re-imaginings of two paintings ‘1920s’ and ‘Petticoat’.  ‘Petticoat’ used the fabric of the dress for its background, whereas I painted a lively lime on silk for ‘Ladies on Lime’, they look like cocktail ladies to me!”

You can check out more of her designs on her website Twitter,Pinterest or on her Facebook page and I hope that you love her new pieces as much as I do. Again on a slight sidenote, Hazel also runs art classes in her Studio –  Bramber Studios and if interested you can call them on +353 87 2889616 for further information.
