New Workout Clothes

So as you may be aware I have recently started Crossfit… I am not sure if you are like me but new workout regime also means a new workout wardrobe! Since I am hoping to also lose weight as well as get fit by doing Crossfit I did not go too crazy and stuck with new workout clothes from H&M and Pennys (Primark).

For Crossfit, in general do not wear baggy sportswear as it may get caught on a barbell or some other equipment, regardless of your body type you should wear more form fitting clothes.

I stocked up on shorts from Primark which at the moment are in stock in adorable colours which can easily be paired with black tops of even brighter colours if you are more daring. Please keep in mind though that The Box is not spotlessly clean – you will be on the floor at one point if not more during your class!

H&M have some cute sports wear at the moment as well – I just picked up two tops – but love both of them! These are slightly looser than I intended to get but I loved the colours have have been wearing them a lot to walk the seaside promenade in the evenings. I also like to wear these if I am doing a cardio class at the gym.

I am also a fan of Wilson sport socks, I used to play tennis when I was younger and I do love the brand. I find them to be high quality and also the colours of these socks are pretty.

Do you also feel that a new workout routine should also equal new clothes?  lol I do use any excuse :p
