There was one trend that really popped out to me especially in New York Fashion Week and that was the rise of a white statement boot. They were seen everywhere in the Street Style snaps as well as on those sitting in the Frow. And I’ll be honest I am not sure that in Galway weather that they would be very practical, but that hasn’t stopped me looking online for a great pair!
A white boot can really elevate an outfit and make it stand out if done correctly. And well, if done incorrectly you can look like someone who stepped out of a music video from the Eighties. I personally love them with a pair of ankle length jeans or a floaty dress. I have so many pairs of black, brown and even navy boots, but after one disastrous experiment with white cowboy boots in college I have never dared try them again.

In the image above she has managed to make fishnets and white boots look stunning – there is no way that I could carry them off. Sea of shoes also had the cutest white pair with a black detailing here – simply stunning!
